Phoebe first joined NYSCAA in 2013 as Director of IT. Prior to that time, Phoebe worked at the Office of Children and Family Services, developing online training to reach a wide variety of groups, from caseworkers to office-workers. Before her work at OCFS, she was a business analyst, which gave her a firm grounding in creating business and technical requirements for software development. She has created many websites, working closely with the end users to develop an optimal design. Throughout her career Phoebe has designed and delivered online and onsite training around a myriad of technical topics. Phoebe rejoined NYSCAA in 2019 after working in Instructional Design in the for-profit sector. She is excited to be back at NYSCAA and working with the NY Agencies as Program and Technology Director!
